In case you encounter a problem with one of my games, please send me an email including the following information:
1. The game and the version you use.
2. Is it the full (registered) version or the demo.
3. What exactly happened (what were you doing when the problem occured).
4. Your Mac Hardware and OS version.
5. Your name :O).
Fortunately i've never heard of any bugs. But software isn't always prefect. So if you have problems, please offer as much and detailed information as possible. I always try to help as fast and good as i can.
1. Select the games you wish to purchase.
2. Click on the "checkout" button when done.
3. Fill out the order form on our secure website.
4. You'll receive an email within minutes with your personal Registration Key.
5. Copy the serial from your email and paste it into the registration dialog of the game.
6. Enjoy the game without limitations.

MY REGISTRATON KEY DOESN'T WORK!The best way to enter the code is by copying the serial from your email into the registration dialog in the game. When typing, make sure to type carefully. The serial numbers are "case sensitive", i.e. a typed "a" will not work if the letter in the serial is an "A"! Please contact me, if you still don't get it to work!
I PURCHASED A GAME, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH LICENSING INFORMATION!Usually you will get your Registration Key within an hour after purchase. Even though there may be other reasons, some spam filtering can cause this to happen! Also make sure your email application has no such limitation settings as "known senders only" etc... If you are still having trouble, please drop me a line. And please add the information listed above: "I HAVE LOST MY REGISTRATON KEY!"
DO I HAVE TO BUY A NEW REGISTRATON KEY FOR A NEW GAME VERSION?No! All updates are free. Download the new version and play!
I ALREADY HAVE A GAME INSTALLED, AND WANT TO UPDATE TO A NEW VERSION!Delete the old version, install the new one. That's it! :O)
WHAT IS SHAREWARE?
Basically, shareware is a method of software distribution and marketing. It is the shortest way frome game-developer to game-player and it's great, because it allows you to "try before you buy". If you don't like it you haven't lost a penny. Unlike software marketed through normal retail channels, where you are forced to buy a product before you've even seen it.
And when you buy a commercial product, you're not just paying for the software. You're paying extra for the box, artwork, advertising, retail markup, shipping, warehousing, stocking, and handling. But with shareware, there's none of that: you pay only for the software itself, so you get a great product at a great price!
